Description
Located inside the malaria-free Welgevonden Game Reserve, Mhondoro Lodge combines a modern mix of African chic and contemporary design. The lodge features a unique underground waterhole hide for eye-to-eye game viewing.
The air conditioned suites come equipped with an private bathroom and a private viewing deck that overlooks the waterhole. The spacious villa has a spa pool, gym and yoga room.
Game drives are accompanied by professional rangers and are scheduled for the morning or evening. Special drives for children can be arranged. The lodge has an underground waterhole hide which is connected to the main lodge through a 50-yard reinforced concrete tunnel.
For relaxation, guests can work out in the fitness center, or unwind with a pampering massage at the spa.
Mhondoro is located only a 2.5-hour drive or 1-hour flight from O.R. Tambo International Airport.
